After your online registration, you will receive our invoice for payment. Your invoice will indicate the total registration cost.
Full payment of the total registration cost shown on the invoice must be made in advance by July 20, 2009 to confirm registrations.

Bank Telegraphic/Wire Transfer: Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, Citibank, N.A., 300 Tampines Avenue, Singapore 529653 (Swift Code: CITISGSG). For payments in US Currency, please use A/C No: 0819169012. Important Note for Payment by Telegraphic/Wire Transfer: All bank charges and commissions incurred through the transfer are payable by the delegate. Telegraphic transfer payments must include your billing contact name, your organization name and a contact email address. Transfer payments must also be accompanied by our reference: Nano Today 2009. As registrations will be confirmed only upon complete payment, please email jchoy@ibn.a-star.edu.sg and mysoong@ibn.a-star.edu.sg the transaction reference of your bank and indicate the registrant name(s) for verification to confirm/ensure your full registration.
Check - Locally Issued (Singapore) Checks Only: Checks should be made payable to Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology. Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds must be sent in writing to the Nano Today 2009 Secretariat at secretariat@nanotoday2009.com.
Only cancellations and refund requests made in writing will be accepted. All cancellations and refund requests received from May 15, 2009 to July 1, 2009 will be subject to a 15% administrative charge.
A 50% refund and full documentation will be given for cancellation and refund requests received in writing from July 2, 2009 to August 1, 2009.
No refunds will be made for cancellations and refund requests received after August 1, 2009.
All refunds will be processed after the event.
