Check In/Out Time
The Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel check-in time is 2.00pm on the day of arrival. The check-out time is 12.00 noon on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION/PAYMENT/DEPOSIT POLICIES

All charges will be on guests’ personal account. All reservations will be guaranteed by guests’ individual credit card. The hotel is pleased to waive the collection of deposit.

Any cancellation of reservations should be made at least 48hours prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night room charge will apply.

No Shows
In the event the guest does not turn up on the scheduled date of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to impose a "no-show" charge equivalent to 100% of the total potential room cost.

Shortening of Stay
To avoid the charge, guests will have to inform the front office on their new departure date upon check-in or 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to impose a room charge for any shortening stay.
